How the cake reaches you

Everything is baked to order in a home kitchen licensed under California's Cottage Food law, so we can only deliver within California.

Where: Within California only. We can't ship out of state.
When: Baked and shipped Monday to Wednesday so nothing sits over a weekend in transit.
How long it keeps: 7 days at room temperature, 2 weeks refrigerated, 3 month frozen.
Cost: Free-shipping threshold from 4 boxes.
Right now: We're on pre-order. No payment is taken until a batch is ready and you get a checkout link.

While we're taking pre-orders there's no charge. We email a checkout link when a batch is ready, and the card is only charged then.
